The "April Moon" Gang were a group of former street punks, who, thanks to Dr. Corso had all undergone cybernetic enhancements, giving each a unique gimmick that made them very deadly. The gang is most known for the "kidnapping" of April Corso in order to blackmail Dr. Corso into giving them their enhancements.
Despite their enhancements; their biggest weakness was overconfidence. It was found Corso implanted voice activated kill circuits to destroy their implants via password. Upon discovering the password at the last second, Batman defeated all but one member who was later subsequently killed by Corso.
