History
When Rundle heard from his friend Falcone about a chase he had been in with Batman, he checked the recent orders and found some for the address that could be used to repair the Batmobile, which had suffered serious damage. Rundle had been doing this for some time. He had a list of times the Batmobile had been reported damaged and the relevant parts ordered. He told Falcone, who brought him to his boss, Penguin, who was pleased, and offered Rundle $400,000 for the information. Before Rundle could spend it, Penguin sent him on a boat ride through the sewers, that eventually ended in a giant whirlpool, which presumably drowned him.
