Billy West (born April 16, 1952 in Detroit, Michigan) is an American actor, comedian, and singer best known for providing the voices of Philip J. Fry on Futurama (together with John DiMaggio, Lauren Tom, Phil LaMarr, Tress MacNeille and Maurice LaMarche) and of the titular characters of Ren & Stimpy. He lives on the autism spectrum.

He also reprised his role as Skeets in the 2008-2011 animated series Batman: The Brave and the Bold, alongside Tom Everett Scott as Booster Gold.
