Jim Cummings (born November 3, 1952 in Youngstown, Ohio) is an American voice actor and singer. He has worked on multiple animated films and shows, providing the voices for many different characters. Cummings is especially well known for his roles in Disney cartoons, particularly as the voice of Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, and Darkwing Duck. Cummings does not do screen acting; his only on-screen role was in Mark Hamill's Comic Book: The Movie, where he played, ironically, a voice actor.
