Sunny Jim hoped to make a deal with the MBA to secure fuel for his spacecraft. Instead, they ratted him out to Lobo.
When Lobo spat on one of the MBA's shoes, they turned on him, which resulted in a bloodbath. Lobo did not have that much fun since fragging his own planet.
