Kadeem Hardison is (born July 24, 1965 in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, New York) an American actor. He was the voice of Rubberband Man. He is also best known for his role as the rapidly rotting undead ghoul Julius Jones in the Wes Craven horror-comedy Vampire in Brooklyn (which Joanna Cassidy also acted in).
