Kenny Collins was the son of Charlie Collins.
History[]
Kenny moved to Springdale, Ohio with his family after the Joker threatened his father, something he was unaware of. While Kenny was playing ball with his father, Charlie got a call from the Joker summoning him back to Gotham City. Assuming things were fine, Kenny saw him off as he left to get something done.
