Snap was one of two henchmen for Dr. Hugo Strange, the other one was named Numbers.
History[]
Snap and Numbers helped Strange's guests get properly situated for his auction of Batman's secret identity. The guests were three of Batman's worst enemies — Joker, Two-Face, and Penguin — and he and Numbers helped them get their bags of money into the auditorium. After Batman replaced the incriminating video with a false video of Strange hustling the three rogues, Snap and Numbers tried to gun down the rebellious criminals. The Penguin and Two-Face stole their guns and it's unknown if they survived the attack.
