So, having been reverted for "speculation" the last time I tried to bring this up, let me clarify that I'm not trying to speculate so much as genuinely figure out what the writers and animators of Gotham Girls were trying to convey to the audience:
Leaving various details aside, in the final scene of the series, Dora's breath causes the frozen glass to crack and her eyes are bright red. I genuinely believe that this scene was meant to convey heat, even if many people came away thinking "Killer Frost".
Is this too nebulous for the wiki, or does it warrant a mention?
