The Wayne Foundation was an organization founded by Thomas and Martha Wayne to help the less fortunate of Gotham City.
The Foundation provided funding for numerous projects including the construction of Stonegate Penitentiary and the free clinic run by Leslie Thompkins in Crime Alley, as well as providing a sizable donation for the Gotham Orphanage.
