History
Stavros was under investigation from Interpol for selling vital shipping schedules to pirates. He had a bargaining chip, however; he knew his boss, Maxie Zeus, had stolen the Electron Discharge Cannon. Hoping to turn state's evidence, he arranged a meeting with Commissioner Gordon. He never made it, as just around the corner, Zeus' goons caught up with him. Zeus himself blasted him with the EDC, sending him to the hospital.
